I feel the customer service isn't good , standing waiting for someone to talk to you, I don't think "be with in a minute" with attitude , is a good reply . Instructions not followed , collection time 15 mins before closing, with hours drive away .

I can't fault the service agent, or the work undertaken. On the downside, the coffee machines weren't working, the customer seating area is very noisy with a constant stream of people and employees walking past/through

Would have liked if they had fixed the Sat Nav that has not worked at all since purchasing the car. But they weee very helpful, I just don't understand why even though I purchased my car my husband who has not keeps getting my car updates from BMW.

Everything about my visit for tyres and a couple of checks was fine, except it did take all day. That said, I was aware that it was an "all day appointment" but since I can't get home without the car (I'm a wheelchair user) I did have to wait.

Service overlooked. Waited 6 hours oil change last time, then warning light left on,told to bring back to get fixed. Courtesy car arranged, service completed. Service desk asked me to pay for c car, advised had been problem. No apology or acknmnt

I'd like to give mention to the employee Steve, he was amazing. I needed the courtesy car overnight and it was no trouble. Kept informed on my cars progress. Not only this, I left a booster seat in the loaned car to which Steve kindly returned to us

After service completed and I was given the keys back car was still displaying service overdue since 2023. Also I was asked if I wanted car to be washed when I dropped it. It was never been washed. I been asked to bring back for wash another day
