Modern Slavery Statement

Under the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are required to publish a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for each financial year, describing what steps have been taken to address the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our own operations or our supply chain.

We wish to inform you that, as of 1 September 2023, Arden Maidstone and Arden Tunbridge Wells has become a part of the Jardine Motors Group. This merger has brought about a significant transition in our operations, and it is important to note that our processes and procedures will now align with Jardine Motors Group’s established standards and policies.

In light of this development, we are in the process of adapting our existing policies to harmonise with those of our parent company, Jardine Motors Group. One such important update will be the revision and issuance of a modern slavery statement that is in compliance with our parent company's statement. This updated modern slavery statement is expected to be provided in accordance with Jardine Motors Group's guidelines and will be made available to our stakeholders in the year 2024.

We anticipate that this alignment with Jardine Motors Group's established practices will further strengthen our commitment to ethical and responsible business operations, including addressing the issue of modern slavery. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to integrate and adapt to these changes.

Thank you for your continued trust in Arden Maidstone and Arden Tunbridge Wells as we embark on this new chapter.
