I was satisfied with both the level of service & time taken. However, several issues were apparent within minutes & I called/returned the car for inspection. I felt "fobbed off" with "these are common issues" & am left to rectify them at my own cost
Again very knowledgable and went beyond what was necessary to accommodate my requirements i.e availability of customer car etc and timing of appointment. Helpful phone call to say car was ready very helpful with timing.

For the replacement of a rear tail light the job took longer than I would have expected.

A totally unsatisfactory experience at this dealership. The only person that deserves any praise is the receptionist at this place.

Again I was kept up to date with the timing of my service and had an explanation of what was carried out and if I had any queries was given details of who to call.

They got the job done on time its also important my day is not disturbed just because my car is in the garage. I am dropped at work & collected I know I work close by, but have also had a car if needed.
I should have taken the name of the lady who helped and I could have mentioned her here for the great customer service experience she provided. It would have been good to give her some recognition.

The end of warranty check and MOT were completed on time and the car was delivered back to my house
Service carried out to satisfaction as well as sorting out the software issue that had occurred
The car was sorted out but was returned with a deep scratch. I contacted the garage on 7 June and I am still being promised that this would get sorted out, it is already 21 June.
They were very helpful from the start and kept me well informed all the way though the proses by the phone and text .
The staff are its greatest asset.

Despite booking in four weeks early they did not have a courtesy car available, however it was a first service so was only an hour and a half. Also slightly concerned they had to spend 15 minutes tracking my car key down.
Whilst service completed fine, the fact that engineers do not take care of what they are doing is unsatisfactory. In my instance, pen marks on the seat.

They accommodated a basic repair without charge. In addition a second safety recall announce the previous day, was also included during the booking saving an additional visit (the first safety recall was being done as part of this booking).

Although BMW Assist were slow getting my car recovered Arden made things better with excellent service with my car back in my hands 22 hours after the flat bed delivered it.
Service centre was open promptly at 8am as advertised, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, service was completed on time and the car was in great order when I picked it up.

due to the location of Arden compared to me at home, each visit takes me 2-3 hour round trip!
Body shop excellent, had a minor issue with the Service People.
Mr. Charles Theofanous, my sales executive at the supplying dealership (Arden, Maidstone) is a seasoned BMW loyalist and I have been purchasing BMW products from him since 2007 with utmost confidence and delight.
Car was delivered very fast and ready and waiting in a new handover bay at BMW Arden. Everyone was very helpful land friendly, great service, wish all dealerships were so helpful

Had to wait a longer than expected delivery period. Having initially been told an anticipated date it was 2 months longer. Communication could have been better
I never really felt in control of my purchase, in the end had to call the general manager as the excitement of my new purchase had gone
Our salesman was always very helpful and has told me to get used to the car then pop back and he'll make sure that we are maximizing all the features of our BMW.
Everyone has been very helpful every time I have visited the Maidstone bmw dealership.

Luke Wilkinson is an excellent sales representative. The main reason, possibly only reason, for staying with Arden
