Work was carried out in the time scale they said it would be. Service advisors very helpful and knowledgeable.
The service was carried out with the time they specified and they identified what was needed, the only issue was the part that I was quoted was nearly double in price in what it would cost to get it done independently
I feel that the sales team have given me an excise based on lies and misinformation and don't care About after sale service.
Service centre work was fine. Advice prior to car going to them was lacking.

A little slower than normal, this time
The curtesy car wasn't ready for my wife making her potentially late for work, after which the car that was given to my wife ran out of fuel 4 miles down the road, so she had to walk to a garage and purchase a fuel can to take back to the car!
See comments above. I have a new mini GP on order from Arden's mini dealership which would be the fifth car I and my family have purchased from the dealership in the past 3 years, but I am seriously considering cancelling my order due to poor service

The problem that our car went in for hasn't been resolved
Fault on the starting of the car not found and no comprehensive explanation provided despite me raising the issue.
My Service Adviser, Mike Lee, is a true enthusiast and treated me really well as a new Customer with an "old" 2008 E91 320 M Touring now on 98k .. but, I factory ordered this car and still love it. I will return for service in January with my M135i.

I was actually advised by BMW to take the car in for a software update. I needed a car to get back home and had to pay for it. In those circumstances, it should have been free (and the second visit was).

This dealership made everything (irresistibly) easy. The deal was the best. The trade in was fair and I felt overall better than the other dealerships that I tried.
From phoning to book my service to collecting my vehicle at the end I was dealt with professionally Elise was extremely helpful and answered all my questions She went beyond what I would normally expect by helping to solve a couple of issues.
Not one has called me back about the scratch on my windscreen.

The whole process didn't take long, I had a cup of tea while I was waiting and they washed the car before they gave it back to me.
I appreciated the free health check however my car was only booked in for a battery coding which was meant to be 30 mins, I was in there for 3 hours after. They did a health check which I didn't ask for.
Having just been relieved of nearly 400pounds my car was presented back to me after being 'washed' but clearly washed by by someone whose sight needs to be checked. There were parts of my vehicle that were missed completely and water marks & streaks.
Car was serviced as arranged and courtesy car was nice
The service on the car started promtly and was completed on shedual, what more can you ask
Poor customer care
Very satisfied with the overall service experience and the work that was completed was to a high standard and the car was cleaned inside and out before being returned.
I am lucky to have Arden's Body Shop manager as a near neighbour who is very happy to collect and return the car saving me the trouble of having to do it myself. Staff always courteous and friendly.
You said what you would do and did it.
I was also told I would need to pay for a sat nav update that they later agreed was covered under warranty. My car was also totally factory reset and a simple USB backup of my seat positions etc was not taken. I only found out when getting back in
Collected on time, repairs carried out as detailed by BMW Service Engineer. Repairs completed on time.
Lady who served us reported problem with indicators after they did the first service wrong and we had to come back the next day to collect our car and two weeks down the line both indicators are playing up on the car, will be calling up today
Consistent high standards and service

Service is ok- nothing special Very pricey for a first service In my opinion I was told the oil is very expensive !!!
The car was put in our garage immediately following the service. Not driven for for 9 weeks.On starting, a warning message appeared that the coolant was low. Car topped up with 1.5 ltrs of coolant at garage. No real explanation given by garage.
I was told my rear disks needed replacing, but when I took a second opinion I was told they weren't needed
Although pick up and communication on service excellent , they found that we needed something done to the exhaust and hadn't the part and when we asked for someone to ring us back as to when they could repair the exhaust they never returned our cal

All ok with the servicing but did not vacuum car as agreed
Had to wait 2 hours after being told car ready at 4pm. The inboard computer wasn't reset with the details of oil change been done,I have now got to revisit Ardens for them to resolve.
The service personnel have always exceeded with their efforts to ensure all visits are dealt with a speedily and with consideration, especially the personnel front of house, who go the extra mile to provide special attention to your specific requests
The staff are always very helpful, but having to book the car in some 6 weeks in advance to secure a courtesy car is excessive.
Having waited from 08.00 to around 14.00 in your lounge I was told I need three new tyres of which you could fit Surprised you could not update me whilst I was in your lounge as to get sorted on the day

To have failed brake discs after 2.5 years with a low mileage car isn't right, but the answers I got from BMW were disappointing.

Car was booked in quickly when fault occurred, think it's not great service that can't accommodate people with a loan car unless you book in 6 weeks advanced. Especially with amount I'm paying for my car. Car was washed very badly! Needs improvement

Car was booked in for EGR Cooler recall. Car was making unusual noise driving home after collecting vehicle. I found the air intake disconnected in two places.

Failed to replace brake pads at service
From arriving to leaving with my car later all went smoothly. Service and brakes completed well within timeline quoted and vehicle washed and leathered after. Small misunderstanding over quoted price soon rectified to both parties satisfaction.

They took advantage of me (ripped me off) whenever they could. Disorganised, have very little product knowledge, advising wrongly on safety issues that could harm people, stealing my deposit to help their centre deposit, not honoring deals on offer

A really nice place to purchase a car from, especially after the extensive refurbishment a couple of years ago. And its only approx a mile from my home so really easy for me to call in regularly.

As said above there are items that should have better
Car wasn't ready on collection - fault with sound meant handover had to be delayed. Also boot mat purchased with new car is not a great fit - I wasn't warned / asked on purchasing the mat that it didn't fit properly.

There is one major outstanding issue that I am awaiting resolution on. The price of the new car was agreed in July 2019 and the price agreed. The order was placed. However, *AFTER* delivery I was told that the Road Tax I'd been charged was wrong.
