Poor service regards speed, locating fault( bad mechanical diagnosis) and provision of courtesy car.
It really depends on who you deal with. I spoke with a salesperson called Luke who is absolutely excellent. Some of the others do there job satisfactory but it seems as if they are not fully committed.
The car went in for a recall, it had to be done. I asked in advance for the car to be washed as I had my MD out with me the next day, second service visit, second time yet again the car was not washed!! This was frustrating especially as I asked.

The dealership have done nothing to compensate me and my family from the damage they caused to my vehicle.
Service was completed on time. The service record was not initially updated in the vehicle and I had to return , but this was rectified promptly while I waited.
The recall work was done quickly and I was kept fully informed about the process and timescales.
Over the years I have had four, maybe five, BMW's. They have all been comfortable, reliable and have served me well. Arden is perhaps my nearest BMW dealer.
Not all issues were sorted on visit but plans were made for more detailed assessment at a later date

I had to return hire car and collect my one. This could have been done for me. service centre was professional but busy so had to wait. However they were very diligent and not only fixed issue but also fixed a separate recall issue without me asking

Good service as you would expect, just points mentioned above brought it down slightly.
Arden are pretty good. It does depend sometimes on the person you are assigned to for the service. As my X5 was subject to a recall relating to a battery lead ? I asked whether it would be possible to test the battery for capacity - £80 crazy ?
As always, very thorough with servicing and inspecting the vehicle - raising any necessary points.
There was some confusion after I booked where I was told my car did not have service inclusive when in fact it does which was caused by the centre still having my old car on their records not the new one which is on the same private plate.
Dropped car to dealership first thing in the morning, was told the car would be ready by midday and I would get a phone to say when ready. Never got a phone call and did not get the car back till the next day.
Friendly and professional service with a comfortable customer area.
please see above...the guys at Arden are ok but, as expected, not admitting a manufacturing fault
Arden provided what was needed efficiently
I was not overly satisfied with the way that I was spoken to by one member of staff who asked the question of whether I would be paying for my MOT or someone else. When it was only myself dropping off my car to the centre.
Good and friendly staff, always polite and helpful and the car comes back washed and clean.

how things were organised from the courtesy car and timing in general of the corrective works on a brand new vehicle.
How many more times do I have to tell you They did what they said they were going to do
You need to book 6 weeks in advanced for a courtesy car. They phone you the day before trying to sell you every product on offer but don't look at you history which shows you already have it. Ending the call saying

When I got into my car, the "service" indicator was still lit, the Service Reception Assistant very kindly readjusted the message.
The Service consultant was very helpful and we talked through the work done on my vehicle. However the receptionist did not offer or let me know I could get a drink.

effortless booking and collection
Waiting time for paperwork to be collected from the machinery shop to the guest desk took a long while.
They are ok at best as a dealer but closest to me so I tolerate them. Always very pleasant but kept me waiting 20 mins at the initial runnning in service even after they called me to say the car was ready an hour before.They lack the finishing touch

Cost of additional items was agreed beforehand. It was ready for collection later than agreed though.
Arden staff have tried to resolve issues amicably on each occasion a problem has occurred.
The car although being 4 years old has only been used for 12100 miles

It's ok but nothing special. Low range of loan cars. Jaguar give clients a decent car with the objective of selling benefits of an upgrade. Arden seems to offer the lowest cost.

Very quick service and attentive staff.
I wasn't completely satisfied due to one matter. My dashcam was disconnected whilst the car was on site, which is fine. However all 3 leads were disconnected, not just the power. And disappointingly none of the leads were reconnected.
Had my car booked for service and MOT. service advisor said car had not done enough miles for service just an MOT due, I would have been non the wiser if had been serviced so thank you to him
very professional service by all of the staff and extremely helpful.
Would rate as Completely Satisfied, except yet again had to fight to get my breakdown issue seen too (standard answer is "we can only see it in 3 weeks time").Problem solved in 48hrs after service manager agreed to fix if/when a gap. Thanks Gary Page
The additional work was carried out very efficiently
They collected and returned the car within six hours having found and rectified fault with EGV
My car was taken back to the garage just days after perchacing it from brand new for a fault. When the car was returned the problem was not rectified. It has since been back to the garage and is still not fixed. It's due back in mid June.

Communication and level of service was very good but was quoted £189 when I booked and was told £250 when I took the car in. Both prices including vat

I only needed a Sat Nav upgrade but as telephone contact from reception could not be made I went to the stores to get the upgrade item myself so the Reception advisor could load it.
This was about the 5th attempt for you to obtain and fit a replacement exhaust end. On finally being told it was in, waited all day to find that it didn't fit!!! And to cap it all there has been no follow up on what you plan to do about it.

Partially described as above. Often have to chase. 10 days after collecting replacement car, they still haven't settled my old finance agreement. Don't believe they have applied paint protection to car which they claimed they had.

BMW paperwork took over the process. For example on the handover day out of 3 hours only 30 minutes were useful re the car itself and how it operated. I would not recommend the dealer and I have already written to the BMW CEO about what took place
