Booking up the service was really easy and the Elise was excellent (very efficient and thorough). The alloy wheel repair itself was brilliant, as it looks like I have a new alloy, and it was excellent value.
I wouldn't go anywhere else, Arden are exceptional
Had to chase to see if car ready Wrong part ordered for next day so had to re-book again when part in so didn't need to leave car overnight When car picked up, bird poo all over it, not acceptable!!

Phillip Lyon (and his colleague in Service who recommended me as a potential 5 Series LCI customer) did a great job. I was updated regularly and the hand over was a nice experience. Early change of car also saved considerable maintenance costs also.
