I wasn't completely satisfied due to one matter. My dashcam was disconnected whilst the car was on site, which is fine. However all 3 leads were disconnected, not just the power. And disappointingly none of the leads were reconnected.
Had my car booked for service and MOT. service advisor said car had not done enough miles for service just an MOT due, I would have been non the wiser if had been serviced so thank you to him
Would rate as Completely Satisfied, except yet again had to fight to get my breakdown issue seen too (standard answer is "we can only see it in 3 weeks time").Problem solved in 48hrs after service manager agreed to fix if/when a gap. Thanks Gary Page
The additional work was carried out very efficiently
They collected and returned the car within six hours having found and rectified fault with EGV
Elise was absolutely charming and helpful in explaining what was andc would happen
My car was taken back to the garage just days after perchacing it from brand new for a fault. When the car was returned the problem was not rectified. It has since been back to the garage and is still not fixed. It's due back in mid June.
From the moment I walked in the door I was seen to super efficiently.

Communication and level of service was very good but was quoted £189 when I booked and was told £250 when I took the car in. Both prices including vat

I only needed a Sat Nav upgrade but as telephone contact from reception could not be made I went to the stores to get the upgrade item myself so the Reception advisor could load it.
They kept me updated on the investigation & when i asked for a last minute addition to the work it wasn't a problem
This was about the 5th attempt for you to obtain and fit a replacement exhaust end. On finally being told it was in, waited all day to find that it didn't fit!!! And to cap it all there has been no follow up on what you plan to do about it.

Advised that wipers were causing smearing - asked whether I wanted them changed. Said they might be ok when cleaned but didn't follow this through - car not cleaned when I collected it. Left the impression they just wanted me to agree to change them.
After using Coopers in Tunbridge wells, it could only get worse or better! Fortunately, it was much better.

I would say the only area that could've been improved, and this is a minor point, would be that the waiting space could've been a little better. i.e working facilities, little snacks etc.

Service done promptly
Charles did everything he could to making experience run smoothly with regular updates only issue for me was disparity of m performance parts between dealers.
Michelle Howard was very professional as was all the staff I spoke with when booking my service, dropping the car off and collection.
My concerns were fully explained in a very friendly professional manner. It made me feel proud to be a BMW owner
The service was quick. The talk through of work completed and the health check is also good and explained simply.

The service when collecting my car was poor. service completed 1030- agreed collection 3pm, not valeted had 4.5hrs to do so, lost my keys kept me waiting for over an hour and not an offer of a drink and a very struggled apology. Wont use Arden again

Helpful staff and service done as required. Only downside is difficulty of having a replacement car as vehicle was required for the day but at least dealer collected the car.
The number plates I ordered were not as I requested. I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my reason for booking my car in. Not happy the squeaky brakes were not fixed and not 100% happy with the reason why.

Thank you for leaving feedback, unfortunately our courtesy cars do get booked out well in advance. We do offer other means of onwards mobility please be aware of this in the future. The wash we offer is a complimentary one but can be upgraded to a full valet but would be chargeable.
The problem I had has now been sorted out but it took 2 attempts, upside was that the dealers made a nice gesture with a £100 credit to make up for it, so all credit to them!

I booked my car in for Fast Lane with a set booking time which was fine in handing car over but to have to wait 3+ hours when I understood it would be 90 minutes was not ideal but car needed to be serviced. Service indicator now shows another service

Car still had 1 of the original faults and an upgrade was done leaving systems not operative which I had to do

Prompt and reliable
I was not impressed with being charged £20 to reset the counter (can't remember what for exactly) but thought that was a rip off as probably only had to press a few buttons
Did exactly what was needed & car was nice & clean when returned.
Had to wait weeks for availability.
They've tried hard to sort out the problems and kept me fully informed of the situation.

We rang up before the service was due to ask the exact time to bring the car in and told, early as it would take several hours. We then had to make arrangements to make sure that we took another car there and back which was inconvenient for distance.
The sales people were eager to help.
Explained 2 issues I had with car but when I picked it up I was told there was nothing wrong and left with no solution offered
My service problem was fixed without the need for a part which was originally ordered hence saving me money.
Their service staff are excellent, extremely helpful and attentive. The reception are always polite and curtious and as for the showroom staff well there salesmen they are there to sell cars and that's what they try to do.

Poor communication on day of service and it would be nice if the car was properly valeted as part of the service (like Volvo always do) rather than thebhalf attempt at a clean.

Excellent customer service, good coffee facilities, BMW employees very patient with a screaming child in tow. Gary took great time and care showing us how our new car operated/ answering our questions before handing the keys over. Was smooth process.

Would have liked to have seen a more proactive approach to your customers I.e. when the original salesmen leave and someone takes over. Why should I have to keep making the phone calls to seek updates as to when I will be able to take over my car.
It was disappointing that the SATNAV system wasn't working when I picked up the vehicle from the show room. This resulted in me having to return to the dealership on two occasions as the car hadn't been programmed and a code was required to do this.
My new car has not been supplied with the specification that I ordered at the outset and which is shown on the order form. (High Beam Assist) There were other elements of the buying experience and process that were also problematic and disappointing.

Car was ready as agreed but just disappointed not having a 19 plate.
