Car rqd new tyre for MOT & was ordered for following day. I was then told this would be ready by 4pm. I went to collect my car, some confusion. Eventually told my tyre had not turned up so car was not ready & this was a Friday evening.

Because I was very satisfied. Your Workshop had made provision to sit outside under an awning, there was hand cleaning facilities.

The service was impeccable as ever. I was kept very well updated by Elise and she is a credit to the company.

Engineers had checked for error codes, and reported and quoted for a broken bulb and near worn brakes. They obviously didn't check the car, as the bulb hadn't blown, and only 4 months (1800 miles) earlier said brakes had 6mm left on them.

The purchase and delivery was handled very well. If it was not for COVID-19 my car would have been delivered ahead of the initial delivery date. Hand over was very smooth and it was good to use electronic paperwork. Finance was easy to arrange.
