As usual very helpful and attentive maintenance staff
Car still had 1 of the original faults and an upgrade was done leaving systems not operative which I had to do
Prompt and reliable
Had to wait weeks for availability.
Did exactly what was needed & car was nice & clean when returned.
I was not impressed with being charged £20 to reset the counter (can't remember what for exactly) but thought that was a rip off as probably only had to press a few buttons
They've tried hard to sort out the problems and kept me fully informed of the situation.
Everything done as expected
Explained 2 issues I had with car but when I picked it up I was told there was nothing wrong and left with no solution offered
My service problem was fixed without the need for a part which was originally ordered hence saving me money.
The sales people were eager to help.
We rang up before the service was due to ask the exact time to bring the car in and told, early as it would take several hours. We then had to make arrangements to make sure that we took another car there and back which was inconvenient for distance.
Their service staff are excellent, extremely helpful and attentive. The reception are always polite and curtious and as for the showroom staff well there salesmen they are there to sell cars and that's what they try to do.

Poor communication on day of service and it would be nice if the car was properly valeted as part of the service (like Volvo always do) rather than thebhalf attempt at a clean.

Everything I asked for was completed quickly and efficiently .. despite an awful lot of diesels hanging around the place.
Were able to repair part to wing mirror.

A phone message around midday explaining that the service centre required the car overnight for further testing. However, at 5.55pm informed the car was ready for collection. Unable to do this due to time factor and prior arrangements.
Kept informed of progress
The service was due in January, but no booking was available until March and with no courtesy car. However the car was collected and returned to me.

Very quick and efficient service
Initial salesman great. Disappointed that it took longer than I thought it should to finally get an entertainment manual from services and also to get the GAP insurance paperwork through.
They completed the necessary repair...eventually
Got into car drove away and noticed a symbol displayed on panel. When got home looked up symbol and discovered fob battery needed changinging. Why did mechanic not notice

I am in dispute with Gary Page, Service Manager of BMW Arden, Maidstone . Front drivers headlight had resin spilt down it whilst car was in Arden's procession. Headlight is damaged and will need to be replaced. Arden will not accept responsibility.
The whole sorry tale has been dealt with appallingly.

Overall excellent service. Gel substance in screen washer bottle may prove expensive to fully resolve. Appears to be a problem particularly suffered by BMW.
Positive experience although had to book so far in advance but even then a courtesy car was not available.
Vehicle was booked in for allocated time slot and was told the MOT would be carried out whilst I wait. On arrival however, was told this wasn't the case, I needed to leave the car and would be a 4 hour wait.
Helpful & obliging. Work completion as promised.

Broadly as above but I must say the test drive experience was obviously positive or I wouldn't have progressed to purchase.
The local service manager was highly professional taking a pivotal position between his duty to the company and me the customer. At times I know I was very angry about the position BMW had taken but Gary Page managed the situation with a fair result
Really disappointed, because the purchase experience was very good. For all the fancy dealerships BMW really doesn't get to know it's customers and what makes them tick.
Issue resolved quickly and kept well informed
Having to ask 3 times for the faulty tail gate to be looked at, 1) prior to serice 2) Day of service 3) Vehical returned from service without tail gate been investigated as tho no one knew anything about it.....
For whatever reason the invoice i was given didn't show the correct mileage at time of service? Also the service book had not been stamped. I returned later that day for the book to be stamped showing the correct mileage.
Nobody listens the sales team talk over you and feel rushed to get off the phone
The vehicle was damaged by them! Also the problem was not fixed and had to go in again! They only partially repaired the damage and it has to go in again for them to complete! Wasting more of my time!
While you wait servicing and quick repairs on the rare occasions when problems have arisen
Staff offer drinks and show you where to sit etc if you are waiting. The car is always clean and tidy when returned.
Arden were great - the only problem was that we were let down by Europcar, but even then Arden went out of their way to replace our tyre
Great and helpfull
All was fine excepting the two issues mentioned above and the fact that the valet was of poor quality: there were areas which had been "missed" on the driver's side panels.
Windscreen covered in smears and on the blades .Polish maybe ? Not good .
They never let me down.

I constantly had to chase for an update on my car at Arden. They said they would contact me and never did I was always the one contacting them
In light of the fact that BMW Maidstone lied to me last year i am completely disatisfied with the service they have provided. When the problem was idenitified to them it took them over a week to resolve the problem.

An air filter required for servicing was not ordered and the car was also not washed following the service. It took persistent calls and almost 2 weeks for the service to be completed. This is not the service I expect to receive from a premium brand
My service advisor Elise was efficient and I was kept informed of progress. Also l was given a lift to and from my home which was very helpful.

Took a bit longer than anticipated so had to wait 2hrs at reception before car was ready due to brake pad replacement taking longer than originally stated.
Job completed on time and for the price quoted
As above, although I had some dealings with the service department on tyres pressure that was very good. My new car was sold to me with indifferent tyre pressures 3 of which were very low and over 1 bar lower than the recommended pressure.
All my concerns were dealt with. (Only a couple of weeks after the service in question.)
Happy with service. But, I was phoned to say car was ready for collection, when I arrived at Arden 45minutes later I was told it hadn't been cleaned yet, I then waited another 45 minutes for this to be done. Also courtesy car requires 8 weeks notice.

The Staff were helpful and polite and the garage is well presented. I'm happy to continue with future serviceing.

I was told the car would be fully washed and cleaned inside as part of the service. This did not happen
As above. Had to chase the dealer all the time and no one seemed to take ownership of my enquiry, or indeed appear to care.
Received a phone call at 3 oclock to say the car was ready, arrived at 3.25 and waited until 4.05 as the car wasnt actually ready.
Salesman (Phillip) was very helpful. Have had some issues that he's sorted with ease.

The tracking app wasn't very consistent and the vehicle was delivered a couple of weeks later than expected. just starting to feel a little bit mass produced. The salesman was a real star. Aftersales needs improvement

We wanted the car delivered for the 1 March, and did not get until the 15th, 2 weeks late with no real communication around why.
Car was ready as agreed but just disappointed not having a 19 plate.
Again, nothing was too much trouble, they even dealt with my private plate registering to my new vehicle and just so friendly.
Several issues ruined my collection of my vehicle , the finance and paperwork were completed on the handover day and not a few days before as the salesman had stated . There was an issue with the figures and this aggravated me , I nearly walked out .

The car was sourced very quickly and was consistently updated with the progress, a great deal put together for a loyal customer. Also Terry was extremely flexible on the collection day due to some issues with the other car being collected.

Emlyn the sales person we dealt with was brilliant. We went in unsure between two types of BMWs, he arranged for us to test drive both, gave us details on both choices and gave us his time and patience during the purchasing of the car and once again
