We are looking for a qualified Parts Advisor to join our established and busy team at our BMW Centre. Although in-house training will be provided in the first weeks, experience in this field is essential.
In-depth knowledge of Autoline/Kerridge and Viewdata/IVS will be an advantage.
The role involves assisting our retail and trade customers with their purchases of vehicle parts, accessories or life style items, ordering additional stock as required and pre-picking parts for our technicians to help ensure the smooth flow of work through the workshop.
There are both telephone and face to face interactions with customers and staff, so communication skills and presentability are essential. Being comfortable to work efficiently under pressure, with minimal supervision or working as part of a team, will be an advantage.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.
