My car was booked in for a few items, one being to change the rear brake pads. On collection this had not been done and was told it wasnt necessary. However, mot, carried out on the same day, by Arden, it has an advisory that they needed changing
Sam, the salesperson who assisted us was extremely helpful, professional and attentive. All staff based at Arden were very helpful.

As above attitude of staff, welcoming feeling, did not feel rushed, any question however stupid it may of sounded answered with no trouble felt like they wanted my custom. Nothing was too much trouble. Ambience of whole place was great.

My car came back with a screw in the Tyre. it is reasonable to suggest this happened before the car was passed to BMW - but this was not discussed (only highlighted on the MOT report??) - shame - there was the potential for a WOW moment.
I took my car in to have a tyre checked and 1.5hrs later was informed that the tyre needed replacing. Was then told this would take another 1.5hrs to fit. This was all at 5.30pm in the afternoon. Not what I would call efficient service.
As above - were it not for that it would be a 10 and 5 stars as Luke , who managed my original booking, was impressively professional and personable.
I was kept informed by helpful reception desk.
Workshop technician left his snap on tool, in the bonnet and could have resulted in major damage to my vehicle. Reported this to Arden, and still hasn't heard as who would have been responsible for the damage and what they have done, to stop this.
Had previously attended and booked vehicle in for service in person, unfortunately on the day there was no booking. Thankfully was still able to have car seen to whilst I waited.
Did not have any bad feelings. Thorough professional service.

Couldn't have been better. The team's ability to come collect my car, when my circumstances changed and could not drop it off, was the icing on the cake. I have not experienced that before.
I requested that the work be completed by a certain time and that was no problem. I would have liked to have been offered a courtesy car.

Service light has not been reset and its hassle to come up and get this turned off when its a simple task which should of been done on the day.

I am no car mechanic but the car appeared to have been serviced extremely well, no complaints. The car has been absolutely superb in the two years since we bought the vehicle.
I was promised my car would be valeted - it wasnt. I didnt get a phone call to tell me when my car was ready and had to chase. At 3PM I was told I needed to come and collect my car before the service area closed at 3:30 - poor service.
The overall experience was very professional.

I was booked in advance for a service however received a phonecall the night before advising that they had overbooked services for that day. Said they would slot me in but on arrival had no record of my service. I was fitted in after explaining.
I was asked if I wanted the car cleaned and stated I did. When I collected my car it had not been cleaned.
The works that needed to be carried out were ok, how ever since the service one of my break light is not working and my handbrake snapped twice whilst trying to park
First class attention with friendly faces, the coffee making facilities are excellent also.

The recently refurbed Arden show room is a great environment with great customer facilities. On the day we picked up our new car it was housed in a private section, a blue bow on the car making the collection very special, we were fully taken care of

I was not able to purchase the accessories i wanted. Consistently slow to respond to queries, parts department (despite chasing) never actually fully answered my query. Was promised video of car - never received (they were too busy). Problem with V5.
Arden BMW and Luke Wilkinson kept me informed of the individual steps of the build process so that I knew that my new car was on time for delivery in March 2018.
The whole process from start to finish was so seemless. Everyone I spoke to were so helpful and made buying a car a more pleasurable experience.
Communication with the sales person was terrible. I was batted around from one person to another over the course of delivery, didn't get answers to questions, and then when I picked up the car, certain things hadn't been done that were requested
The salesperson was very helpful. Probably needs to be more familiar with the return process.
