I would give full marks, but although the courtesy car was excellent in terms of the quality, cleanliness, etc, it's simply embarrassing to have to drive around in a car covered in advertising, particularly if I have to meet clients.

Thoroughly checked n felt fluidly driving.
The car was washed and vacuumed while the software upgrade was undertaken. Fantastic. What the software upgrade has done to the car is unknown, but a survey of the vehicle while it was at the garage indicated that the car was in superb condition.

Car was in for oil service more expensive than other German brand car for same service with the alternative branded service I felt I was taken care of on a more personal level and not only that was given a gift of car care equipment nice touch
Very good customer service, was issued a loan vehicle on the spot as there was an issue with a warranty part during the service. Regular updates from David and was dealt with politely
The car required some additional parts which have to be ordered,so the car was kept overnight. I agreed with Steven that I was unable to pick the car on Saturday, so I will pick the car on Sunday from the sales department as service dept. is closed

friendly service on the front desk with lots service advisers at hand to help.
The car was booked in 6-8 weeks beforehand for a simple repair to the parcel shelf and yet it took 2 days to fix it.

Staff are professional and the showroom provides a pleasant environment. However there seems to be a disconnect between instructions left at the service desk and the workshop in that they are not always taken notice of.
For the second time my car was not cleaned. I specifically asked if it had been and was told it was. When I got home I realised it had not. This is despite my specifically booking a clean and was offered one via email. Inefficient!
Arden are fairly attentive although they couldn't source a new back tyre for me that day. BMW servicing charges however are too expensive.

Sadly again i would prefer to deal with Arden BMW over the Mercedes Benz brand and given you the completely satisfied tick. all the staff seem very helpful and friendly but sometimes it take one thing / problem to make you think. the handle.

I asked for al three wipers to be replaced and they advised they only have the front wipers so upon collecting my car I drover 250 yards over the road the Halfords to buy the rear blade.

Nothing was too much trouble very clean car when returned not how it went in.
Waited for over an hour to be picked up and then felt like I was holding everyone up when I finally got to the dealership. Computer in car not reset, so now I have to go back to the dealership to sort it out.
No courtesy car for a month / time waiting to book cars in and out is ridiculously long. Much quicker at Jaguar. Did not inform me that the car needed back in 1500 miles. Arden do not know why so soon. Need to check key so i have a 40 mile round trip
Was told it would take 1hr for service and could wait have coffee etc. Parking difficult. When getting there said it would 2-3 hours. Gave them my number went shopping. No telephone call, so went back and car was ready. Wasted time shopping
Had a couple of issues since I bought the car - both of which were resolved ultimately- but took more time and effort on my part than I expected for a premium brand. The car was serviced a week or so a go and the car wash was very poor.
It was a recall so not really sure what was done or how well it was done.
I always get a sense they are trying to find issues that don't exist to bag additional revenue at my expense. Ie, brakes need replacing when this car only just sold by another BMW dealership. Double standards. Loan cars are a joke, M5 to a 1 series.
All as it should have been. All on time.
Collected car, all work done, great. Included replacing ashtray in centre console. Drive car away and all buttons in centre console not working. I ring you. 'Need new appointment for 'investigation' as might be coincidence'. WHAT!?!
Check in/check out very satisfactory. We were told that all in order and no advisories. At home we found that there was reference to a nail being found in one of the tyres! That certainly is infomation which should have been given to us at the time.
My car is always looked after, and always clean
The work was carried out to spec and on time .... with no complications .
Car was serviced correctly and returned early and cleaned, The service executive, Lois?, was most helpful in finding an automatic loan car for me.
I needed a "pollen" filter changed as part of the check over £115 for a 5 minute replacement and a standard £10 part found else where
Completed on time and kept me informed throughout. In response to your prompt I consider this to be a v good score.
It always seems to be a chore contacting to make an appointment although this time was easier than in the past.

i had my tyre sorted with the insurance cover u sold me the only thing i would change is that bmw sort the paper work,photos ect out and send to company as was all a bit complicated and could have been all done in house otherwise all ok

Arden is very polite and efficient, extremely clean even though building works taking place
They completed all the tasks they were asked to do efficiently and in a timely manner.
I made a point about being in a hurry, I declined the wash service to speed up the visit. It took nearly two hours to replace the single item, drivers air bag. When you also add in they didn't even bother to reset the Clock/Date not a good experience
I was very happy with the way I was treated. The salesman I dealt with was very helpful and gave me advise which I felt was unbiased. Once I had placed more order he kept me fully informed of progress.

It took 4 days to sort my car out when it should have taken one. Didn't listen to me when i called and explained what was required, having had the same poor experience previously.
See previous. Experience spoilt by poor adjustment to tyres-all were incorrect & dirt on drivers seat. Car was collected & returned to my home address so one or more drivers at fault? When I called to complain nobody called back.

when i had a post delivery phone bonding issue, Sam (from Maidstone main dealer) got back to me quickly talked me through it, and i got it sorted.
The car was spotless, the showroom very clean, comfortable and efficient and Darren and James were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions.

Fairly satisfied is what I would say- I was keen that the car not be washed prior to delivery as I wanted to avoid swirls, I had made that clear, but the car was washed and there were a lot of swirls unfortunately, corrected after multiple attempts

We have used Arden before, and chose to return again. We dealt with Terry Linford, the same sale person we dealt with the first time we bought from them. Terry is a real pleasure to do business with, being friendly and warm, not pushy.
Good value, responsive and not too pushy when selling.
In particular Matthew Cue & Terry were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We managed to test drive the car we wanted to buy which was brilliant. They went out of their way to make this happen. We did not feel processed we felt valued.
Despite the fact that the garage was undergoing a refit, all the staff treated me very well and it was a very positive experience. The salesman Sam PERKINS took his time with me to explain the controls of the vehicle and was very reassuring.

As mentioned above I purchased my car via CarWow. My wife and I travelled by train from Newcastle to Maidstone, we arrived at Arden BMW ahead of schedule. The dealership was very welcoming and the handover process was the simplest I have ever had.

I cannot fault the entire process. There was adequate time given and the sales team even stayed later than normal, on a weekend, to complete the sale. The collection of the car was not rushed even though they had several collections on the day.
Damien kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, very helpful and knowledgeable on the car we were purchasing. Delivery was quick, hand over was quick.
The whole process was made very pleasant by the professionalism of the staff who, despite ongoing building works and the commensurate limitations of space and facilities, maintained a high standard of customer service.
