Arden is very polite and efficient, extremely clean even though building works taking place
I made a point about being in a hurry, I declined the wash service to speed up the visit. It took nearly two hours to replace the single item, drivers air bag. When you also add in they didn't even bother to reset the Clock/Date not a good experience
I was very happy with the way I was treated. The salesman I dealt with was very helpful and gave me advise which I felt was unbiased. Once I had placed more order he kept me fully informed of progress.

It took 4 days to sort my car out when it should have taken one. Didn't listen to me when i called and explained what was required, having had the same poor experience previously.
see above - waiting for response due to annual leave of one staff doesn't seem the right customer response. I also had to chase several times the following week with no call back.
See previous. Experience spoilt by poor adjustment to tyres-all were incorrect & dirt on drivers seat. Car was collected & returned to my home address so one or more drivers at fault? When I called to complain nobody called back.

I was advised that a brake fluid service would be done as the car was approaching 3 years old. In the event this was not done as BMW would not pay until 3 yrs + on my service package and will have to bring it back which is a bit inconvenient.
The car was on a recall. I had no problem with booking in and again with the work carried out. My one complaint is that the mechanic who worked on the car altered the position of the driving seat and I have yet to get it back to its original setting!
The Arden service team always keep me informed about each stage of my cars service.
I recently had a mot which in total lasted 6 hours. I understand a pump needed replacing but I wasn't kept in the loop and had my 2 children with me both under the age of 5. If I had been kept in the loop this could have been avoided
I would have given 5 stars but I had to return two days later to get my car cleaned as this was not done on the day!
A courtesy car was provided so that I could still travel to work on the day of my cars service.
Good reception and was I was given an expected time for completion of the service and MOT. There was an hours delay due to problems in the MOT bay but nobody told me until I asked, even though I was waiting in reception.
Friendly and helpful service personnel who, I'm sure, were keen to resolve the problem but it is still not solved and I will have to ask you to have another look.
The lease company, Inchcape, did not give permission for work to go ahead on my company car until very late in the day, therefore the work was delayed & I couldn't pick up until 6.30.
The service desk are always extremely helpful. They are friendly and very professional. It is the first time when my car has come up to 3 years old that I have been offered an end of warranty check. Congratulations Arden
No issues, all was completed as expected and on time
I believe £64 to replace a single headlight bulb to be very excessively over priced and I fail to see the justification of such a high charge for a loyal customer. I could have bought one in Halfords for £10 !!

Good service in all respects
The garage was able to fit within my busy timetable and carry out the service to suit me. The service response and feedback was first class.

After many problems with crafty upselling and constant issues with another German marque it has been a refreshing change to take my car to a dealer for servicing and be able to relax at home knowing everything is covered.

The hospitality and service of the car was very good but, as I was waiting at the dealership, I was a little disappointed that they took 1 hr longer than stated to complete the work.
Arden kept me well informed of progress and completed the work to my satisfaction, the only surprise (negative) was after the car being in their workshop for five days they didnt bother to wash the car, a minor issue but odd none the less.

Overall good experience was spoiled by failure to carry out visual check meaning a return trip was necessary.
My car was booked in for an inspection that lasted over two hours instead of one that I was told. I can't believe taking pictures of 2 wheels requires that long. There are too many things and not enough characters to write them with sadly.

I cannot fault the entire process. There was adequate time given and the sales team even stayed later than normal, on a weekend, to complete the sale. The collection of the car was not rushed even though they had several collections on the day.
Damien kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, very helpful and knowledgeable on the car we were purchasing. Delivery was quick, hand over was quick.

As mentioned above I purchased my car via CarWow. My wife and I travelled by train from Newcastle to Maidstone, we arrived at Arden BMW ahead of schedule. The dealership was very welcoming and the handover process was the simplest I have ever had.

The whole process was made very pleasant by the professionalism of the staff who, despite ongoing building works and the commensurate limitations of space and facilities, maintained a high standard of customer service.
The showroom is undergoing refurbishment at the moment which should make things better when completed.
