My car required a new rear tyre to pass the MOT and the price quoted to me was what I later found out to be was the nett cost and didn't include the VAT. Very misleading !!

I called up to get my car booked in for repairs on two occasions over the last 4 weeks. On both occasions you informed me it would be a 6-7week wait to have my car repaired. I had to complain on both occasions to get the timescale reduced.

I purchased a new 5 series in Feb 17, passenger seat leather (cream) is dis-coloured, to be changed under warranty, but advised cannnot fit leather due to damaged, I have now been told this will not be ready until Aug/Sep, no real apolgy and feedback

The car was booked for a service which included a healthcheck. Warranty work arranged a week later also included a healthcheck. Neither check revealed there was only 1000 mile range of Adblue in the reservoir for the vehicle. Is this good service?

The staff at Arden were excellent. However, the reason the car was back at Arden was because a fault had been discovered with the original repair. There is now damage to the steering wheel, so I had to return to the dealer and book it in again.
