Car was collected at 7am which was too early & I wanted to re-arrange appt but couldn't as the driver came before the office opened.as a result ended up paying £11.50 congestion charge in London as I had to take my wife's car & my car is exempt.
The work was completed efficiently and ahead of the expected time
I feel confident they actually carried out the work.I've been to places where they say they've done the job but actually, they haven't!
The car was serviced and ready for collection at the specified times and cleaned too.
Service dept was able to fit me in at short notice when a warning light came on prior to a long trip. The problem was dealt with promptly & efficiently. The only small negative is that the car was not ready at the time advised and I had to wait 30min

It was a service, I booked it in and it was done. Only issue was that there where no appointments for like 2 weeks and no "courtesy" car for months.

Expected quality service when I received my service history noted tyre condition is good but my tyres company was mentioned Bridgestone which was used last time my current four tyres is continental .
I was left without a car over night despite the fact that the service department were advised I had no means of transport without my vehicle, I also received no updates or information relating to the delay until I called the dealership . f,

The staff at Arden were excellent. However, the reason the car was back at Arden was because a fault had been discovered with the original repair. There is now damage to the steering wheel, so I had to return to the dealer and book it in again.

Arden Maidstone conducted the service (first one for my 120d) while I waited, and offered me refreshment and access to the WiFi. I was there for about 3 hours, and the car was washed and cleaned inside.

Didn't reset the service indicators, still show serv duedidn't wash car, kept me waiting longer then they originally stated with poor communication i spent 45k on car and must say the c/serv is absolutely shocking,need rear bulb will haven't called
Service was completed while I waited and was completed 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, including the car being washed.
The staff were all fantastic. Attentive, thoughtful and nothing was to much trouble.
There was a check that wasn't taken care of and only completed after I had raised the question.

I was told that it would take 1.1/2 hour to do the service and I had to sit in the showroom for 2.3/4 hours, as I had only just been released from hospital, my driver and I were not pleased.
Advised centre corrosion on near side wheel, car is 2 years old and nothing was done. My husband called next day queried, promised a call back, it's been weeks still waiting. Squeak on sunroof not fixed properly, phone connection now not working.
My screen washer wasn't checked . It doesn't work so I will need to make another trip to the garage , I pointed out that my parking light warning sign had come one weeks before my visit . This is still on ..., what vehicle checks did I pay for?
No courtesy cars. They didn't wash the car.
Despite not buying car from Arden, they gave me better service for the fault than the dealer whom I bought the car from.
Treated how a customer should be treated
Overall very good. Located a nail in the offside rear tyre, instead of investigating further BMW advised that a new tyre would be required. This was not the case, another tyre company investigated and found that the nail hadn't gone through the wall
The car was booked in for rear light replacement under warranty due to condensation.I waited 3 weeks for the parts.The car was collected from my home as agreed.2 hours later tc recd to say replacements broken would have to wait until Sat.
I was looked after very well
I booked my car in at 8am and waited as I made it very clear I needed to be away by 3pm. Despite this I still had to chase up several times in the afternoon to get away by 3:15pm
From receiving the call about arranging my service to collecting my car afterwards the process was very smooth.I would have preferred a courtesy car to have been available but I liked the 2 hour express with wifi which meant I could work.
Prompt efficient handling of the service process and a helpful explanation of what had been done.
Everything was perfect.Room for me to park, curtesy car was ready and my own car was ready when I was told it would be.
I notified them of a fault prior and I was told it was resolved. The warning light appeared again within one hour and has remained on ever since.

All the cars settings had been changed it took time to put it back to my settings. The car is fitted with a tracker they disconnected it and left the wires hanging under the battery.The tracker company put out an alert and then it had to be reconnect
The service was thorough and my car was beautifully valeted as part of the procedure. All the staff I met were unfailingly charming, kind and helpful.

The service itself is good, but customer service standards have gone down - e.g. no longer offering the option for the car to be collected/returned, more than 4-week wait for a courtesy car booking, and have to wait until 6pm for car to be ready.

After accepting that my car's MOT would take 2 hours (?), to include a complimentary car wash, it was not ready after 2 hrs!After about 2 hrs 10 mins it was ready, unwashed. I was offered a free car wash, if I brought my car back another time.
It was for an upgrade free of charge. They collected it and brought it back on time as arranged

I have been a customer with Arden for @7 years. During this time my personal experience has been that the attitude of their staff towards their customers is never anything but helpful, accommodating and one to make my life as easy as possible.
As I live quite a distance from the garage, I required a means of getting home as the car needed to be kept for 24 hrs. No courtesy car was available therefore I had to put off my visit until I could make alternative arrangements a few weeks later.

I was to be picked up at 1615 at 1600 I was called to say he would be 15 mins, he turned up at 1730! when I got to BMW I was given my paper work with no explanation, I had to go back to the desk twice to ask questions!
Unfortunately no car collection or drop off to return was available.

My local dealership Stephen king Ruxley told me three times they could not fit navigation to my car, this is despite it clearly saying on the BMW website that it could be fitted. Your service department looked it up properly, even emailing BMW

After an Initial hiccup, Arden employees, particularly Gary, on the servicing main desk, wnet above and beyond to ensure I was happy with them. I have come to expect this level of service and I am very happy with Arden.

Very satisfied. Terry talked us through every option regarding purchase and answered all questions that we had and even followed up with phone calls the day of purchase and a couple of day after to make sure everything was OK.

A rocky start. Original vehicle became unavailable after initial confirmation however the situation was quickly addressed with positive endings.
The customer service we received was quite poor. Questions about the finance were not answered promptly, clearly or easily. The car was delivered a week late.
The team was very helpful generally, and particularly in securing me a loan car to cover me for the time before my new one was ready for delivery.
