Knowledgeable staff nothing was too much trouble
Service light has not been reset and its hassle to come up and get this turned off when its a simple task which should of been done on the day.
Yes really happy, just a small thing my passager side foot mat had a massive dirty shoe print on it. No real big deal but something to think about for future services
Courteous service staff, work completed promptly.
Ive got all I needed very quickly. The only problem was curtesy car, all were booked and not available. Also, the only available time for drop was not suitable for me.

I was promised my car would be valeted - it wasnt. I didnt get a phone call to tell me when my car was ready and had to chase. At 3PM I was told I needed to come and collect my car before the service area closed at 3:30 - poor service.
I am no car mechanic but the car appeared to have been serviced extremely well, no complaints. The car has been absolutely superb in the two years since we bought the vehicle.

I was booked in advance for a service however received a phonecall the night before advising that they had overbooked services for that day. Said they would slot me in but on arrival had no record of my service. I was fitted in after explaining.
I was asked if I wanted the car cleaned and stated I did. When I collected my car it had not been cleaned.
The works that needed to be carried out were ok, how ever since the service one of my break light is not working and my handbrake snapped twice whilst trying to park
First class attention with friendly faces, the coffee making facilities are excellent also.

A little concerned that the sat nav in my car showed the last address as somewhere in Epsom. I had not programmed this into my car or ever been to Epsom. In the end I was very satisfied with the overall service I received from the Team

I wanted to know what items/checks the first service covered and this is not explained when booking.The service cost was £256.00 so I wanted a breakdown of costs.Not every owner will be bothered by this.
I was dealing with Mark bodyshop manager at BMW Arden I found him very on helpful and rude. Ive spoken to the general manager yesterday regarding a very poor experience.
All fine - although requested pick up time was firstly confirmed by phone and then a few minutes later told would be pushed back slightly - 90 minutes. Not 'slightly' in my book.Don't think best value, given the amount of work done.

Told on my health check that there were fixings missing . They were there when I took the car in, you can see the clean marks that were left. Even so a company like bmw should have made it right . Not just left it .
On this addition I had a courtesy car but on other occasions this was the case which makes booking it very tricky especially at short notice which I have had to do

Upon completion of the service I was presented with a hand written barely legible report on the vehicle. There were 2 items on this report marked in Red (requires urgent attention) , surely these should have been advised to me before collection ?
Not satisfied really! had some work carried out on my car and asked for some further work to be done . We were told wed get a phone call ...3 weeks on still no phone call. Not the service we were given when we bought the car .

My car had a fault that I reported first thing Thursday morning. I was due to go away from the Friday morning and I desperately needed my car. They had the problem resolved and called me Friday morning to tell me it was ready to be picked up for 10.

I booked my car in for a service at short notice and it was done the next day.
If I could score you higher I would. From the start things were very clear and easy and i felt like my custom was appreciated. More importantly some one called me back when they said they would.
Made to feel very much like a valued customer - despite the fact that, as a warranty repair, the bill was zero!
The pick-up, service, mot and car return were fine. As mentioned previously the Sales team was appaling
The work was succseful but my car was not given back the same as it was handed to them. The indicators only clicked once instead of three times when signaling minor manovers and I was asked to sort this myself. There are not enough characters left !
The car itself comes highly recommended, but the little areas noted above imply to me im not getting the best out of bmw services, especially for close to £500 per month. So overall it brings down the experience.

Disappointing that it looks like one of your staff helped themselves to my loose change in the armrest. Appreciate I leave items at my own risk but it would be nice to assume a certain level of trust and not having to completely empty the vehicle.
Engineer was very thorough and confirmed action with me before proceeding.
The staff at Arden are always polite and help where ever they can. On this occasion, especially, coordination between departments of the body shop and servicing was smooth and hassle free.
My car's service was completed within the time I was told. I was kept informed during the day via phone as to when it would be ready. Car was clean and tidy on return.

Beautiful new extension to the showroom with an increase in size to the service area with knowledgeable service assistants.
Never had any problems with the dealership, the only minor issue I had is that they had unplugged my dashcam but had not plugged it back in when I collected the car.

Excellent service from Reception to completion
Car was fixed very quickly and the collection was very efficient
2 of 3 issues reported were not found - but they are intermittent. So will report again if they reoccur.

Time schedules for servicing are kept and they try to fit around your day to make the visit as convenient as possible
Did not update software as expected as would take too long, but did not ring me to decide. Now need another appointment to have this work done.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I like the service, product, and brand very much. But arriving at 9.30 for the MOT, I was disappointed that it was not completed until 2pm as this was a long to wait, albeit comfortably.
No problems other than need to rebook.

A long day spent in the show room. Hadnt eaten all day and missed picking up our daughter from school. Not a good day.
Few experiences made my mind changed when I got my report its mentioned nail in my rear tyre (run flat tyre) I went to other tyre shop and checked nothing in there and still the pressure remains same I waisted my time
Service staff flexible to change service from X1 to accommodate my X5, as it had more urgent requirements.
Arden took delivery of my car within 2 days of an accident & had it back on the road as good as new within 1 week.
I waited for my car whilst a basic service was being carried out. It was excellent service right up until thw last 10 mins when i was abandoned by the the original rep and someone else took over. Didnt like this

A characteristic is not a good answer when asking about an issue with my car an explanation and a solution is a better one.

The car is fantastic and the service very good. The only disappointment was the PCP term, which was worked out at 48 mths rather than 36. The finance rep implied that reworking it to 36 months would be a signficant admin deal so I left it at 48.

Very satisfied but there was a delay in delivery
The refurb. at the Arden dealership is amazing and one of the best features is the covered handover bays for new cars. My first M4 Coupe was carried out outside in the rain with someone going through the controls holding an umbrella.
